Where is Loop available?
On the east coast, we deliver throughout New York City and in Brooklyn, NY.
On the west coast, we deliver to the SF Bay Area in California and serve the counties of San Francisco, Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa (select locations), Santa Clara, San Mateo, Solano and Sonoma (select locations)—with more locations on the horizon.
What is your safety & cleaning process?
Our LoopCare safety and cleaning protocol begins with a rigorous quality assurance inspection and documentation of each item between every rental to ensure it functions safely and per the manufacturers specifications. Items that do not meet these specifications are pulled from inventory and repaired or replaced as needed.
Items are cleaned per the manufacturer's specifications between every rental. We use a variety of cleaning products and materials, listed below, that are child safe, eco-friendly and less harmful to the environment.

What if I damage an item during use?
We’re parents too, so we know accidents can happen! Let us know and we’ll replace any accidentally damaged items free of charge as soon as possible.
How does Loop Membership work?
A Loop Membership is required to rent and receive your baby gear. Before you check out for the first time, we will prompt you to select a Monthly or Annual plan.

I’m expecting. How can Loop help me prepare for my baby’s arrival?
Congratulations! We are always happy to help during this exciting time! Contact us as soon as you start thinking about baby gear so we can help plan what you need and schedule a stress-free delivery.
As a perk for expectant parents, you can reserve items for delivery ahead of your due date, at no extra cost to you. Simply pay up-front for the first month and your second month doesn’t bill until 30 days after your first Loop delivery.
We can also help with adding Loop to your registry. Baby due in less than a month? Contact us ASAP so we can get your items ready!
What if I want to buy out my items?
We do not allow Members to "buy out" our rental items. Item rental fees must be paid on a monthly basis and cannot be prepaid so as to "rent-to-own" an item.
In instances where rental fees are paid in advance via our Registry or Gift Bundles, we will deduct those fees from the prepaid or Gifted amount on a monthly basis.
Our Members never have to pay more than an item’s retail price to rent it. If/when your monthly rental fees for an item do add up to it’s retail price (as listed on loop.baby, plus tax) we will stop charging you for it.
However, you must maintain your Membership payments throughout the rental period to qualify for this benefit.
